Getting Started
Located in the heart of the Ipswich Motorsport Precinct on Champions Way in Willowbank Ipswich Kart Club is the premier karting club in SE Queensland and the largest member only karting facility in Queensland. The track is located approximately 30 – 45 minutes drive west of Brisbane.
Established in 1958, Ipswich Kart Club is an affiliated associate member of Karting Australia Ltd.
Karting is competitive, but it is also fun and family orientated, with involvement in the sport both on and off the track giving it a strong feeling of community. For those aiming at a career in motorsport, almost everyone who races cars started racing in Karts - it’s the best fun you will have on four wheels.

Pit bays are available on an annual basis - you have the opportunity to book an allocated spot for the year and know where you're going to pit for each club round.
All available pit bays will be released January each year and these will be posted on Facebook and open to first in first serve. Each bay is $200 per year.

Practicing at Ipswich Kart Club
The track is available for practice from Wednesday to Sunday except on public holidays, race days and come and try days.
Practice Fees
IKC Members $25.00 per day
Non-members $40.00 per day.
